  • 90 minute initial consultation

  • 2x 60 minute follow up consultations (spaced 1 month apart)

  • Health report

  • Health action plan at each consultation personalised to your aims, budget and lifestyle

  • Resources needed to support recommendations

  • Food diary review

  • Supplement and/or testing recommendations (if relevant)

  • Discount on therapeutic supplements (if needed)

  • 2 x 15 minute phone calls between consultations to help with motivation and answer questions 

  • Coaching and support to ensure long term success
